Losing 20 pounds in one month is hard enough, but losing it in 14 days is really tough. However, it is not impossible! To lose that much weight in such a short time you are going to have to make some big sacrifices. Here is what you need to do:

Find A Friend To Help You

Losing 20 pounds in a month is really tough and unless your made of steel, then you will need a friend to keep you on track. Make sure they know to push you, but also to keep you motivated and upbeat. There are times when you will want to quit, but they shouldn’t let that happen. Another thing I like to do is make a small wager. For example “If I lose I will buy you dinner for a week” or “If I lose I will pay you 100 bucks”. The wager will certain your friend does his/her job and it will also keep you from failing.

Cut Out All Sugary Foods From Your Diet

Sugar is probably the number one reason people are overweight. If you want to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks then you have to cut it out completely. Remove the following foods:

Soft drinks- Full-sugar and Diet drinks. Drink water.

Cereals- Most cereals are full of sugar. If you are going to have cereal find one without sugar.

Fruit Juice- Fruit juice, even the so-called healthy ones are filled with sugar.

Muesli bars etc.-  These ‘so-called’ healthy snacks are not always healthy, much of the time they have a very high sugar content level. You don’t need them.

Junk food- Chocolate, donuts, candy or anything else which has a really high level of sugar.

Cut Your Dairy

If you want to eat dairy then have a glass of milk or a yogurt or a slice of cheese a day. Dairy is a major reason why many cannot lose weight.  Cutting it down to a minimum will definitely give you a head start over others.

Control Your Calorie Intake

If you want to have big results in 2 weeks then you are going to have to do about an hours exercise each day (14 days) to reach your goal. I know that is hard, but your goal is a tough one. Running, fast walking, shadow boxing are all great choices, choose a cardio you like and stick with it.
