If you love seafood like i do, then i am sure you eat it all the time. Although seafood is definitly good for you (think of fish oil!) it can sometimes be high in calories. It is good too know exactly how many calories the food you eat has so you can make a proper dieting plan. According to the USDA, salmon has:
