What you need:

  • 4 thin slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 1 minced clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • Kosher salt
  • One pound ground chicken breast



  1. Place the ground chicken breast in a bowl. Combine in the garlic, pepper and salt.
  2. Mould the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Grill each side for 5 minutes or until well cooked.
  4. Evenly coat the top of each burger with pesto, 1 slice of tomato and mozzarella.
  5. Serve
