Easy Homemade Chilli Recipe

Yield: 12 containers

What you need:

15 ounces chilli flavoured beans

1 pound lean ground beef, chilli meat

I green chopped pepper

I medium chopped onion

1 clove minced garlic

15 ounce diced tomato

6 ounce of tomato paste

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Chilli powder (to taste)

Black pepper (to taste)

Salt (to taste)


 Total time: 60 minutes

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 45 minutes

  1. Place on tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, then add onion, garlic and green pepper and let cook until soft and lightly browned.
  2. Add the meat and drain the excess oil from the saucepan.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to boil then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Add salt, chilli powder and black pepper to taste. Serve it hot.
