This is an all ages most favourite fudge.

Yield: 150

What you need

7 ounces marshmallow crème

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

12 ounces German sweet chocolate chips

2 cups chopped walnuts (optional).

3 ½ tablespoons butter

4 ½ cups sugar

12 ounce evaporated milk

Pinch salt

Preparation

Total time: 25 minutes ( Preparation and chilling)

  1. Line a foil in a pan. Grease the foil with 1 ½ tablespoons of the butter and place it aside.
  2. Combine sugar, milk, salt and the remaining butter in a saucepan. Over medium heat, cook and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Bring to a rapid boil and boil for 5 minutes while stirring continuously.
  4. Withdraw heat, add marshmallow and stir till melted.
  5. Add semisweet chocolate chips and German sweet cholate chips until melted
  6. Add walnuts if you prefer to have them.
  7. Pour into the  pan lined  with a foil earlier  and refrigerate until firm
  8. Using foil, remove fudge from the pan and carefully peel it and cut into desired shapes.

15 ounces chilli flavoured beans

1 pound lean ground beef, chilli meat

I green chopped pepper

I medium chopped onion

1 clove minced garlic

15 ounce diced tomato

6 ounce of tomato paste

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Chilli powder (to taste)

Black pepper (to taste)

Salt (to taste)

Preparation

 Total time: 60 minutes

Preparation time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 45 minutes

  1. Place on tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, then add onion, garlic and green pepper and let cook until soft and lightly browned.
  2. Add the meat and drain the excess oil from the saucepan.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to boil then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for 35-40 minutes.

1 can of diced tomatoes (15 ounce each)

1/3 cup fresh parmesan cheese (grated)

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 red bell pepper (minced)

1 yellow bell pepper (minced)

½ cup of minced onion.

4 cloves of minced garlic

1 teaspoon of onion powder

Preparation

Total time: 30 minutes

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes.

  1. Put olive oil and butter on a sauce pan over medium heat.
  2. Add meat as the butter melts and cook till the meat is barely pink.
  3. Add onions, peppers and garlic. Stir regularly and cook for about 3 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the seasonings, tomato sauce tomato paste and diced potato and continue stirring.
  5. Add the parmesan and brown sugar as you continue stirring.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Allow to simmer for at least 10 minutes. You can do it longer to have the flavours to combine better.

  1. Mix cake flour, granulated sugar, salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl, and have this as mixture A.
  2. Add butter in small chunks and mix with paddle until crumbly.
  3. Mix eggs, vegetable oil, whole milk and vanilla extract and whisk together with eggs, and have this as a mixture B
  4. Add 1/4 of mixture B to mixture A until moistened, place the mixture in an electric mixer and increase speed to medium high and mix for 2 minutes.After mixing, the cake batter will turn light and fluffy and lighten in colour.
  5. Add 1/2 of remaining mixture B and continue mixing on low speed and Scrape bowl.
  6. Add remaining mixture B and mix until combined. After combined, turn speed up to medium for 30 seconds.
  7. Bake at 335º in a prepared pan for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the centre.
