Easy, Quick, Healthy Baked Salmon Recipe

Yield: 4 servings

What you need:

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

1⁄2 cup soy sauce

1 teaspoon ginger

2 teaspoon lemon juice

1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Total Time: 35m

Prep            : 5m

Cook           : 30m

  1. Heat oven over medium heat (around 325°)
  2. In a large bowl put together lemon juice, soy sauce, cinnamon, ginger and pepper, and mix.
  3. Put the salmon fillets in a shallow bowl and add the mixture over the fillets.
  4. Transfer them to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
